I graduated from South Dade Senior High School home of the Buccaneers.
As I entered South Dade I was immediately approached by the track coach and was given the oppurtunity to run long distance. The following years I was recommended to join the cross country team to stay fit for the upcoming track season. By the time It came around my senior year six of my team mates and I was given the opportunity to compete in the cross country state competition. Other then track and cross country, I was part of a peer mentoring team that was given the chance and the privilege to go and speak to elemetary and middle school students in the South Dade region. Also, I participated in many club activities and was given the oppurtunity to volunteer in the 2008 Miccosukee Golf Championship, a nation/ PGA Tour event where we was given a chance to work in the field (less than 5 feet away from the professional golfers, especially, the one and only, Tiger Woods.) In high school I was the true definition of a student athelete where I maintain an outstanding GPA that allowed me to graduate top 15% of my class under Cum Laude and allowing me to recieve the Superintendent's Diploma of Distinction.
